Where can you get tested for HIV?

HIV counselling and testing clinics

These clinics are open to everybody starting from 16 years of age and regardless of whether or not they have health insurance. All larger cities have such clinics. Testing is confidential (no name has to be given) and free of charge. In addition to HIV, free-of-charge testing also includes hepatitis B and C.

Youth counselling centres

Youth counselling centres across Estonia offer services to all young people under 26 years of age – also those without valid health insurance. Testing for HIV at youth counselling centres is not anonymous, but the test results are only available to the doctor and the person being tested.

General practitioner or medical specialist

HIV testing is possible at your GP’s office as well as at all medical specialists’ offices as needed and recommended.

Linda Clinic

Linda Kliinik provides free rapid HIV testing and distributes condoms for HIV prevention, educates the populace (people or population) and fights stigma against those living with HIV/AIDS in the city of Narva, Estonia. All tests and medical support are confidential and everyone is welcome!
